How Does Call Center Work?
The main feature of Call Center is ‘Get Next Call’. This allows you to prioritize outbound calls from lowest priority to highest on a scale of 0 to 100. New internet leads might be the highest priority to call, whereas rehashing old leads might be a lower priority. Within the Admin section of MarketSharp you can prioritize calls by category. Utilizing Get Next Call will automatically pull up the next highest priority person to call – taking the guesswork of “who to reach next” out of the hands of your call center agents and reducing any wasted time using paper call sheets. Call Center can be used in combination with other features of MarketSharp… including Quick Lead Entry and Phone Scripting, Sales Appointment Routing, Auto-Email and more.
In additon, you can measure your call center results using the call center report. This report tells you how many inbound and outbound calls are being completed by each agent. It also shows how many calls are completed per hour, contacts per hour, appointments per hour, etc.
