I just wanted to tell you how please we are with the MarketSharp program.  It is very easy to use and maintain.  Tech support is also great.  Anytime I have a question or a problem, tech support was there with a quick answer, fix or explanation.  I would definitely recommend MarketSharp to any company who wants to better track and maintain their prospects, leads, and customers.

I am really impressed by your program and support.  I seem to usually hook up on the phone with either Eric, or Derrick, however Leif has also assisted me, as has Andrea.  Everyone with whom I have spoken has been extremely helpful.  What absolutely bears mention, though, is that each person on the team has always been extremely pleasant and cheerful.  It is a great team, and I enjoy working with everyone.  (Some of this stuff is actually getting through my thick skull too).

We have been using Marketsharp for about 4 months now and we love it! It has made our business run so smoothly. We began looking for a program like MarketSharp back in January of this year. We looked at several different programs and came to the conclusion that MarketSharp was the way to go. The other programs were too expensive for what we were getting. None of them had the functions that Marketsharp has and the price that MarketSharp has.

We believe we made a very wise decision in purchasing MarketSharp. We are still learning so much about the program, I am almost certain that we will continue learning because MarketSharp is always trying to change and help their customers out as well. Our favorite feature about MarketSharp is the how it is split into three catagories, Prospects, Leads and Customers. We love this and use it to our advantage. I have so much to do... but I'm SO impressed with MarketSharp (after having it for 2 days) that I feel I need to stop for a few minutes and express my appreciation. Initially, I was nervous about spending a couple thousand dollars on software.  I'm a small company and have not done that before.  I really needed a way to manage my LEADS and this was recommended by a New Jersey customer of yours.  His successful remodeling business allowed me to be at ease about my software purchasing decision.  In just the first day of using MarketSharp I am able to have a database that can manage LEADS and CUSTOMERS and transfer data to QuickBooks.

Let me also quickly reiterate in this email the verbal praises I gave you on the phone today.   Wow! From my salesperson Adam, to Jen, to Michelle, to Zeek, to Eric, to Leif...and whoever else has answered my calls (fairly numerous over the last 2 days) EVERYONE is pleasant and knowledgeable.  You appear to have developed a culture in your company which is a great place to work and it is apparent in their voices. I am very eager and optimistic to make MarketSharp a key ingredient to my formula for success.
