I'd like to give you an update on our experience working with MarketSharp.  We were using MarketSharp as our lead control database since the late 1990s.

In the spring of 2010, our Sunroom franchise mandated that we use the internet based lead control program that they used, so they could track what was going on with the leads that they supplied us from their national advertising campaigns.

After using that program for about 5 months, we had no idea what was going on with our leads.

1. The ability to create a filter or a report was virtually impossible for us to do, and we did not have the time or resources to figure the program out.
2. There were no mailing capabilities, so the only way to communicate with our clients was by phone or personal appointments.
3. The activities were very confusing to us. There was no way to track what our next move was with their system.

Anyway, we decided to switch back because we were losing control of our database, and it seemed impossible to work our leads as we had been used to in the past.

When we came back to MarketSharp, you had improved the program to MarketSharpM, making it a web based program. We found it very easy to adapt to the changes from the old system, and are enjoying the freedom of using it from wherever we can access the internet.

MarketSharpM makes it very easy to keep track of our database with easy data entry, better financial tracking, and great task management tools. By using MarketSharpM correctly nothing gets lost in the system. We are very impressed with the quality and expertise of the MarketSharpM layout. It does all that we wanted it to do and more. The training webinars keep us updated on the program and also provides us with different ways to make our business more profitable. The staff is always friendly and can answer any questions that you may have. We are very happy that we are back with MarketSharpM.  

Another area that we really find to be a real benefit is the business building webinars that you host to help us grow our business. We find them to be very helpful and informative.

Before we purchased MarketSharp, we were unsure that a program could be so versatile.  How could one program adapt to so many different companies and their needs? Looking back, we wish we had started using MarketSharp years ago! 

The definable fields are a great way to customize this program to store the information we want to keep track of.  The print assistant is great since there are so many letters, brochures, etc stored.  The filters are amazing because it allows you to search for so much data any way you need to search.  I just can’t say enough about this program. We are able to store so much more information with this program than we were ever able to with our old program.  We are able to search for things like we weren’t able to before.  The letters, forms, etc that are stored in the program are great, too.  This is just an all around great program and we wish we would have started using MarketSharp years ago.

MarketSharp is the total package: the marketing and management software, the helpful customer service staff and the company philosophy in providing continued support to help grow our business.

MarketSharp is very easy to use and better yet, very easy to customize to fit the particular needs of your company… We love it!

With the customizable definable fields, we are able to more easily track information we need for reporting or tax purposes. Also I really enjoy the "Service Orders" tab. It is much easier to stay on top of service issues because everything is in the program and not written on bits of paper here or there. The one thing we use most often, though, is the "Next Actions". We are now confirming appointments, keeping track of when to order materials, and following up after the sale. Have the daily reminder list doesn't let things fall through the cracks anymore.

We are not your usual type of client, but I am frequently impressed with your willingness to think outside the box and find creative ways to help us. I have been in corporate sales and marketing for over a decade and have worked with numerous database programs, you are the most comprehensive I have found and the only one I have found that is thinking ahead at how to better serve your/our clients.

We've looked at other programs in the past, but none of them match up to yours.  You guys have done an excellent job.

After watching a MarketSharp webinar, the program seemed to be made for our company so that got us to look into using MarketSharp software for our business. Now that we have the system, it does everything you want it to do and then some. MarkerSharp not only keeps you organized on your leads that you have, it helps with follow ups by emails or mailers.

After sending out coupons to our past customers we had a great response and the good thing we did it ourselves and now we are going to focus on sending mailers to customers around jobs we have completed.

My greatest experience since using MarketSharp is how easy it is to use and the continued classes that are offered by the webinars that MarkerSharp offers.

Best of all after we purchased the software we still get calls from the staff to see how things are going and if we need any help on anything… service after the fact!

We are running a multi-million dollar company with MarketSharp at its core for marketing, lead flow, production and service.
