You can easily import this format into any MarketSharp product or other database management system.

What information do I get with a list?
Within a list the base record contains the following information: first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, zip+4, carrier route, delivery point, check digit, home phone (where available and in accordance with state and federal telemarketing laws), estimated age range of homeowner, estimated household income, latitude and longitude (used for radius searches/mailings) and length of residence. Year home built information is also available upon request for an additional charge.

What sources are used to compile the database?

• Mail order buyers/magazine subscribers.
• Census data
• Consumer-supplied data – surveys and product registration cards.
• And many other public and proprietary sources.

How often is the data updated?
Our information is continuously updated from new sources on a monthly basis. It's the best consumer information available. We use 750 external sources to create the highest quality and most comprehensive consumer database. You will still find a small percentage of errors, especially in the consumer market. Consumers move on a regular basis. Every month we process geographic and Area Code changes, USPS National Change of Address (NCOA), Non-Solicitation file eliminations, and deceased individuals. Our data is carrier route and Zip+4 coded using the US Postal Service certified Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS).

What does a list cost?
Cost varies depending on your order. We base prices on the number of records purchased and the data output to file. The cost is typically 3 to 6 cents per record but can range from 2 to 30 cents per record.

How do I get started?
For a FREE Market Analysis complete the Consumer List Count Request form, or call us at 1-800-335-4254. We will run the count and fax you a report tallying the number of targeted consumer that meet your demographic profile (i.e. age, income) from each geographic area (i.e. zip, county). This report will also include a price list and cost breakdown for your list.
