Position Summary
MarketSharp, the leader in customer relationship management (CRM) & cloud computing for remodelers and home service professionals, is seeking a highly personable individual to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues over the phone or by email from within a comfortable call center setting. In this thought-provoking technical support role, the qualified candidate will respond timely and efficiently to various software questions including how-to’s, data entry and general functionality inquiries from our national customer base. The right technically savvy candidate will have an in depth knowledge of personal computers, be familiar with networking and database software and possess strong customer service/communication skills. This full-time position offers an excellent compensation package including base wage plus benefits.
